1. Who we are

ARAJINN (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an AI-powered travel planning tool available at arajinn.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

2. What we collect

When you generate a trip: We process your selections (destination, number of days, interests) to generate an itinerary using OpenAI's API. We do not require an account, and we do not store your trip requests or generated itineraries after they are shown to you.

When you submit feedback (optional): If you choose to fill out our feedback form, we store your rating and answers, the trip context (days, interests, destination) tied to that feedback, and your email address only if you choose to provide it.

What we do NOT collect:

• We do not collect your IP address.
• We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts.
• We do not use browser fingerprinting.
• We do not require account creation or login.

3. How we use your data

Feedback data is used exclusively to understand what's working and what to improve. If you provide your email, we may contact you about early access to future paid features, as described at the time you submit it. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

4. Third-party processors

To operate ARAJINN, we use the following providers:

• OpenAI — processes your trip preferences to generate itineraries (privacy policy).
• MongoDB Atlas — stores feedback submissions securely.
• Vercel — hosts our website and application.

Each provider processes data under their own privacy and security terms.

5. Data retention

Feedback data is retained until you request its deletion, or indefinitely while it helps us improve the product. Trip generation requests are not stored beyond the session in which they're created.

6. Your rights

You may:

• request a copy of any feedback data associated with your email,
• request deletion of your feedback data at any time, and
• withdraw consent for future contact.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@arajinn.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are located in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Children's privacy

ARAJINN is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as ARAJINN grows. The “Last updated” date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
